Rethink Reform

In 2009, Berman and Company helped the Employment Policies Institute (EPI) and the Employee Freedom Action Committee (EFAC) educate Americans about health care reform. Under the banners of RethinkReform.com and the Committee to Rethink Reform, EPI and EFAC placed six creative television ads in select television markets, as well as numerous radio and newspaper advertisements. The Committee to Rethink Reform also partnered with state and local affiliates to engage grassroots in the issue. Click on the images below to see elements of the campaign.

Defeat the Debt Launch

In the beginning of September 2009, the Employment Policies Institute launched a campaign to educate the public about the National Debt. In the first six weeks of the campaign, DefeatTheDebt.com attracted more than 100,000 visitors to its website, millions saw its “Pledge” commercial on cable news nationwide, and more than a dozen news outlets covered it’s print ads and “Uncle Sam” stunt. Center for Union Facts Launch

The Center for Union Facts, which was established in 2006, is a non- profit union watchdog. With full page newspaper ads in a number of major newspapers, CUF launched on February 2006 by leveraging its fact- based approach to ensure that union and non-union employees heard both sides of the debate about the American labor movement. Since then, the Center's staff have been recognized as foremost experts critical of labor unions.
