Campaign Summary

Updating America’s labor laws for the 21st Century

Labor union leaders continue to cling to outdated labor laws that stifle job creation and trample employees' rights. The Employee Rights Act will put employees, not self-interested labor union leaders, first.

The Campaign: The Employee Rights Act has been promoted though television commercials (including one that ran during the Super Bowl), print ads in publications like the New York Times, radio spots, and online and social media campaigns.

The Results: The Employee Rights Act has 135 co-sponsors in the House and Senate, and is rapidly gaining momentum.
