The IDFA’s campaign was created to educate consumers on how the price of their carton of milk is inflated due to the federal government’s intervention.
The online advertisements that appeared throughout the front page of Politico encouraged Americans to kick “Big Government” out of their milk. The advertisement prompted the viewer to go to IDFA’s website and email their legislator to tell the government to end federal milk pricing.
The campaign also launched websites and television ads in order to coalesce public support behind the initiative. The ads each won “Pollie Awards” for their effectiveness.
