Fifty years ago, nearly a third of U.S. workers belonged to a union—today, it’s one in ten. Despite this, unions still wield disproportionate power that is too often abused. The Center for Union Facts is committed to reforming America's labor laws to protect workers' rights, improve the quality of our educational system, and remove barriers to job growth.
Through extensive research and innovative use of government records, the award-winning Center for Union Facts website has compiled the single most comprehensive database of information on labor unions in the United States. The website contains more than 100 million data points, ranging from basic union finances and leader salaries, to political operations and unfair labor practices.
